Bookings must be made for 2 participants to secure your drive.
Bookings can be made by each driver individually (1 participant each) or for a team by booking 2 participants.

If you wish to do the whole event by yourself, please book 2 participants and make a note on the booking form.

If you don't have enough drivers to make a team, please contact SIM Motorsport before booking and we will try to connect you with other drivers.

As with real race cars, sometimes mechanical failures can happen, especially during long race sessions.
Our simulators are maintained to a high standard to avoid failures, but sometimes things happen outside of our control. If your simulator suffers a failure* during the race, our team will be on hand to get you back on track as soon as possible. If we are unable to get your back on track within 10 minutes, the following refund conditions apply: if the failure occurs at less than half race distance this will result in full refund; if failure occurs up to 75% race distance this will result in a 50% refund; and if failure occurs after 75% race distance no refund will be due.  *Failures as a result of mistreatment of equipment (for example, damage caused by using the steering wheel to get out of / into the simulators) will NOT receive a refund no matter the race distance.

Teams will have mandatory tyre changes, control over fuel levels and tyre pressures. All drivers must complete at least three qualifying laps and at two stints of at least 15 minutes of race distance. If applicable, Traction Control and Brake Bias will be available to change via the wheel. No other set up changes are allowed. ​

Discounted testing is available once you have booked your place in the race.
